At the Y, we believe that a strong, inclusive workplace begins with connection. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) bring together staff from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and interests to build community, foster belonging, and support professional growth. These employee-led groups create safe spaces for dialogue, drive equity-focused initiatives, and help ensure every voice is heard—because when our people thrive, our mission does too.

Employee Resource Groups (ERG) create supportive, inclusive spaces within the LA Y for staff at all levels and from all backgrounds. Through an ERG, you can find career & personal development tools, have fun, network, engage underserved communities, and make your mark by helping to facilitate change.
