Enjoy tasty, nutritious lunches for seniors while socializing with friends! Monthly menus are available in the Senior Office.
Open to all seniors, Y Membership is not required.
Cost:
- Congregate Suggested Voluntary Meal Contribution for ages 60+ is $4. No senior will be turned away because of inability to pay.
- Required cost for non-senior spouse/partner or caregiver of any age is $5.

Intake form and reservations are required. To make a reservation please call the Senior Office by 1 pm the day before you would like to attend lunch.

Home Delivery Program
The YMCA Home Delivery Program is available to homebound, elderly (60+), low-income individuals who have experienced a debilitating condition (either temporary or long term, i.e. recovering from a stroke, limited mobility, physically handicapped, etc.) which prevents them from providing adequate care for themselves during the course of the week.
Intake form and in-home assessment required.
Includes 7 frozen meals, 7 slices of bread, 7 pieces of fruit, 7 milks
Cost:
Suggested Voluntary Meal Contribution is $4.50 per meal ($31.50 for 7 meals)

Grab & Go Senior Meal Program
The YMCA's Grab & Go Senior Meal Program offers Nutritious Meals for seniors ages 60+ and is available to the community.
