We offer multiple types of classes including Hatha (our most popular), Restorative, and Power Yoga. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, the Y makes it possible for everyone to enjoy the mental and physical benefits of yoga. Namaste.
Classes are open to all current, active Y members. To register for one of the classes, simply download our new app, sign in and reserve your spot.
