A clear photo of the front and back of the card is also acceptable.

Fast Pass Validation

Proof of vaccination status or a negative COVID-19 test result will be required at each visit upon entry to the facility. If a Y member would like to have automatic pass validation, they can show their proof of vaccination and ask a Membership Representative to have their membership profile updated as a pre-screen method of validation for future entries into any Los Angeles Y branch. This will act as confirmation of pre-screening upon scanning in. No medical information or vaccine status will be stored in our pass validation system.

At this time, all other visitors, including guests and Nationwide members, must show proof of full vaccination at every visit.

Acceptable Proof of Negative COVID-19 Test

Those eligible for an exemption from the vaccination requirement must show proof of a negative PCR COVID-19 test or antigen COVID-19 test at the time of entry. The test must have been performed in the last 72 hours before entry to be accepted and have Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or is operating per the Laboratory Developed Test requirements by the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
